I always wished little more than mspaint but not as big as Adobe Photoshop and in that case either I get so weird result or I get some link that asks me to pay an amount that I don’t want to pay. Recently I got Paint.net that is very good tool for lot of usage with only 1.5mb size installer and much better than MSpaint. Its many feature compete with many professional tools and great thing is that its free.
